Well, new to me anyway - I am the queen of getting spam / spoof emails trying to get my precious ebay sign on from me - I am a hawk at catching these bad guys - I hate it so much. But this one was new to me & almost got me - stating that someone filed a complaint against me for an item that wasn't sent. Here is a copy of the email:

Geez...that would almost get me, too. They put a lot of work into making it look authentic. As a rule, when I get something like this, I just go and log into ebay on my own (not using the link in the e-mail). I figure if something is really going on, it will repeat it when I log in.
Did you ever really sell a Pep Boys certificate? If so, it makes it kind of scary because it means they researched you first.
