Grr...this is the 3rd time I have written this.  It keeps getting erased.  Maybe there is a ST ghost and it doesn't like my answer.


I can't say for sure without seeing it done, but by looking at this picture, I would say it would overwhelm as a top.  It seems too puffy and long.

I think it would be hard to tell too without seeing it, but you may check into this one. It reminds me of the dress you posted.

I also think that it may be a bit too long to be worn as a top. It may end up being about knee length on you. If you do want to wear it as a top, I think long dark jeans and heels would work.

It might be overwhelming on you,But if you love it and want to wear it as a top I agree with Tri sarah tops on wearing it with jeans and heels. You could also wear jacket or a cardigan sweater to make it look less like a dress and more like a top.
