Afternoon everyone!  I was bad yesterday and didn't eat anything I said I was.  I'm trying again today!


B: bagel (4 pts)


L: msf burger with cheese on ww bread, cherries, pear (7 pts)


D: unsure


E: am really going to try hard to walk today.

I looked to see if you were even logged in and you weren't!!  I had a feeling you were posting but I was like Crystal's not signed on so I must be safe!  Oh well at least we are both on the same page Maybe we have ESP going on between us?

I think I'm going to start posting for the day before, from now on! That will still keep me accountable, and I'll know for sure what I ate! Trying to plan it at the beginning of my day is impossible for me.

So yesterday...

b: bowl of Lucky Charms (yum!)

l: 5 pieces of sushi, small serving of casear salad.

d: 1/4 of a balance bar and a salmon pattie.

e: 1 hour belly dance cardio class, 3 hours!!! of salsa

Gosh I love salsa...seriously the best exercise ever, and it makes you feel beautiful!

That's so funny - had Lucky Charms this morning too! I also think I am going to post for yesterday from now on - I've already been bad today, but I'll try to make up for it tonight - I guess we'll see tomorrow!!! But I went out to eat & I NEVER go to lunch with friends, so it was hard to be good. Plus I went to a new restaurant & that is so hard....I had Pad Thai, though, I guess it could have been worse, but could have been better too!!!

I'm trying to lose 20 lbs by October. 


I have been traveling like crazy, so I haven't been as vigilant as I should be.  Back on the bandwagon!


B:  Coffee and Pria Bar


S:  Turkey pepperoni and LF Cheese


L:  LF Shrimp Scampi


S:  same as midmorning


D:  Baked Parm Chicken with Light Sauce and spinach fettucine


W:  45 minutes cardio (running, stair master, elliptical)
