Morning Girls! Ready to start a new day??


B: Kashi GLC w/strawberries and 1/2 c skim milk (3)


L: MSF soy burger with cheese, pear, 1 c cherries (7)


D: unsure at the moment


E: I'm walking tonight.  The Tropical Storm missed us so it will be nice later.

good morning!!


B: coffee and graham crackers (3 points)


L: hummus and pita with veggies (3 points), chocolate teddy grahams (3 points)


D: I have no idea. I'm thinking soup and grilled cheese (5 points or so total). I'm getting out of class early tonight, but I probably will be too tired to really cook.


E: I got the NYC ballet workout from Netflix, so hopefully I'll have enough time and energy to try it out.

L: Small (and I mean small) turkey wrap, raw veggies w/ dip and fresh fruit (we had a lunch presentation at work)


S: cup of fresh fruit (left over from the lunch presentation) and cup of chai


D: Morningstar burger and steamed vegs. 


S: glass of vanilla soy milk


E: walk/run for 1 hour

B: ham /2% pepperjack cheese /tomato sandwich on "35" bread - 3.5 pts
s: 2 (yes 2) WW chocolate cakes - 2 pts
L: 7 triscuits with light laughing cow cheese - 3 pts
cucumber / tomato salad with italitan dressing - 2 pts
s: 7 more triscuits with light laughing cow cheese - 3 pts
D: another burger but on wheat bun this time, lower points than yesterday
Wine that will make up the remainder of my points because i've had quite a day!

E: 10 more minutes on stupid elliptical. I am going to tivo denise austin in the morning so i can build up my resistance and change it up

lunch- chicken wrap and vege sticks


s- 1/2 of a lemon luna bar


dinner- steamed plain fresh brocolli, 1/4 cup steamed rice, baked chicken breast,


ff topping and sugar free jello, 2 glasses of wine (onlybad thing yesterday)
