Any one still doing it or want to join me?I have been doing it for about two and half weeks. Iam on level 2 but I think I want to try level 3 Monday. I have been doing it Mon-Fri.
I started out doing the Shred, but now I mostly do her other video No More Trouble Zones. I alternate that with different 10-minute workouts from the OnDemand selection from Comcast. It's so nice to be able to change it up often - I get bored reaaaaallly quickly with workouts!

okay! I finally started it again! 1st day on 30 day shred! I just gotta keep it going! I've been hearing Shred too much! here, and on FB, so I just had to get into it again. Now if I can just keep doing it.......
I've started back with the Shred recently too. In fact, I did it both yesterday and today. I'm really interested in her new Yoga DVD and will probably buy it soon. I have a different yoga one that I usually do but I'm kinda ready for something a little more challenging.
My plan is to do the shred 4x a week and then add in some extra cardio along the way too. I bought a new scale that shows body fat percentage and was not too happy with the number on the scale this morning. Lots of work to do before shorts and swimsuit season :)
I keep doing it for one or two days then stop! Ugh! I am planning on doing it again...my birthday is in 12 days so hopefully this will help me feel better when I wear the dresses I just bought and motivate me to keep going.
