Hmmm...I do think I like the one with the belt. Since the empire seam is already there....the black belt definitely makes it a bit more graphic.

It is a dress. I got it from Anthro's clearance sections awhile ago. It's not just white it has black and grey dashes that don't photograph well since they are subtle. Super comfy but sheer.

I choose an option with the belt. But I think you should use a thinner belt. Maybe even brown/light brown/cognac color leather?
