crystal, how early do you get up that you walk before work? and how do you motivate yourself to do that?

b: poptarts. at least they were reduced fat (8 points)

l: lean cuisine (forgot to look- probably a 6 pointer)

d: I'll probably wait til after class and have some toast with PB, cause that's what I really want. and a banana, to add some healthy-ness.

e: no time. I can NOT wait until class is finished. 4 more weeks, then a month off, then 14 weeks and I graduate! (not that I'm counting or anything...)

Hmm, now that I don't really have any kind of eating schedule I'm finding it more difficult to control/monitor what I eat.  I'm not sure if I'm being a better eater or a worse one . . .

B:  Oatmeal, OJ

L:  WW pasta w/ pesto, cheese stick, diet coke

S:  Yogurt, carrots, apple

D:  Burger (in my defense, it's 5 cent burger night at a place right down the street).  Yes, and probably fries with that

E:  Already done arms today and will do some abs and butt this afternoon.  Yay for the stairs in my apartment!  Built in exercise!

Worse.  Defintely worse.

i get up at 6am and i don't have to be at work til 9am (but usually get in before 8:30)  i know it seems crazy but i think it's the fact that i'm getting older & actually enjoy getting up early & having the whole day ahead of me.  long gone are the days of sleeping past noon on weekends, now that just makes me feel lazy.  also, i've made a decision to get in the best shape of my life since i'm still young & there's really no excuses, and in order to do that i need to walk for an hour every weekday & the best time for that, i've found, is before work.  after doing it a couple days i got used to it & now i go to bed promptly at 10 & wake up easier than when i used to go to bed at 11 & get up at 7:45am.  i think the key is consistency, on weekends i try not to sleep past 8am & if i wake up before that i will get up.
