I saw that same preview and don't feel bad...I think it looks awesome. I love Johnny Knoxville. I'm a little ashamed to admit this, but I think he's kind of cute! I don't mind Jessica Simpson at all, but I really didn't think she'd do a good job as Daisy Duke. But, after seeing preview, I think she's going to pull it off really well. If you get to see it, let me know how it is! When does it come out anyway?

ok, ok, i'll admit I want to see it too! I lived in Baton Rouge for 16 years & they filmed most of it there or around there, so I want to see it for that reason if nothing else. Have you watched any reruns recently???? OMG - so cheesy - and my mom still makes a "Tom Wopat" cake that is to die for - she found it in some gossip rag back in the day- it's my favorite cake of all times. How funny is that?

I think JS is a great Daisy Duke, although my plan is to expect acting skills second only to Madonna....

I want to see this, too, mainly b/c I'm curious to see Jessica Simpson act. I can't stand Johnny Knoxville, but I'm a sucker for Willie Nelson!

i'll admit it, i want to see this too! it looks like good, fun, harmless entertainment. when jessica simpson was on SNL she was funny (remember her britney spears impression?) and this seems like the perfect role for her.

I am excited about seeing the movie. I know it is going to be the kind of movie that I just and stare at. There will not be a lot of thinking involved and I am okay w/ that.

i loved the show as a kid. always wanted to be like daisy duke. granted now when i watch reruns i wonder what the heck i was thinking!

I think the same thing, too! Ever since I saw him in A Dirty Shame I've been slightly addicted to him. He's super hot!

And I can't wait to see the movie. I've been watching the Dukes reruns on CMT at night and although no one can do Beau Duke REAL justice, I'm dying to see the remake. So many childhood memories... (I used to imagine what Beau Duke and I would look like as a couple.)
