I know its a pain, but I really like the dark one. They're both nice, but the brown is such a rich color- I think you'd be able to get a TON of use out of it.


edit: I didn't look that closely the first time and thought they were the same bag. The first one is def. a better shape. If you have lots of darks browns already, I'd stick with your original choice.

I looove the gold and it would go with a lot of our outfits.  You already have a couple of fabulous brown bags.  To quote Randy Jackson that one in brown "is just okay for me".

I like the shape of the first one better but the color of the second one.  In my world, the perfect bag would be the first in the dark brown.  But...I guess you'll be fine..cause although I think the dark brown will work better in fall...those three buckles on either side of the 2nd one are .

gosh, I love them both. I think I like the style of the gold one better, but the color of the brown one better. But if I had to choose, I'd go with the brown- such a beautiful, rich color! Vanessa, you have those most beautiful bags!

Get Both!!  Just kidding.  I love them both, the gold is great for now and darker is great for fall.  I think overall I like the gold best.

ok, obviously we have the same style in bags cuz i have the botkier in pewter and the luggage kooba.  and you do as well.  when i saw this bag(it was the one that i fell in love with when i saw it on *ducking* Katie Holmes), i thought that i needed it. i was about to pre-order it too (especially since there was a coupon code).  what prevented me was that the gold color is similar to the pewter color botkier that i own.  and brown color is similar to the luggage kooba that i own.  so that's why I didn't order it.  it does come in black, but the style of this bag just doesn't seem to work as well in black.  anyways, that was my reasoning (and that i just preordered the eggplant bulga).  i have a problem. 


anyway, HTH.  but if you DO get it, i would get the brown.

I love the brown one!!  Only because I'm not sure how much longer metallics will be around.  And also because the color is so rich.  But you should look at what bags you own already and what works with your closet best before choosing.

I agree. I actually prefer the gold one, but I'm starting to think that metallics may feel dated soon. But it definitely does depend on what you already own and what works best for you.
