What style would you go back to? 40's, 50's, 80's, hightops, suspenders? I thought it would be fun to hear everyones comments!!

I think for me it would be the 60's! Is that when they used the poodle skirts? I love watching GREASE over and over again!

i love late 60's early 70s style. something about those fabulous slinky style disco dresses gets me everytime. i always get a ton of inspiration everytime i watch movies set in that period. i love, love, love the clothes in klute, and there is this dress that's in carlito's way, that i am absolutely gaga over.

I dig the 20's and the whole flapper girl waved hair look. I am also a fan of the June Cleaver 50's look.

Same here, for both of these decades.  I love the glamour of it all.  Un-clothes related, I think the 60s would have been a really fun time to grow up in.

I'll say the 50s, early 60s & 70s, and the 90s - my graduation year, when I really started getting into fashion! LOL

The late 1940s and early 1950s, but I wouldn't be like Lucy or in a poodle skirt. I'd be a bombshell like Ava Gardner, Rita Hayworth or Jane Russell... sexy day dresses and to die for evening gowns with mink stoles!

I've decided that next fall I'm going to dress like I live in England in the 30s. So I guess that's what I'd go back to.

anytime from the 20s-50s. I love it. I was so born into the wrong generation.

What's that like?

I'd go back to the 40s and 50s, but I also like 20s..

I just watched "The Aviator" last night.  I thought it would always be so fun to live in the 20's.  I love the flapper dresses and would want to smoke my cigarettes (although I don't smoke) from those long things that they used to use.  I also love love love the music and the cars.

There is so much good stuff from the 20's - 70's.  I love it all, especially the "mod" look of the late 60s.  If I had to pick one, I'd probably go w/ the 50s because I love big skirts.

I adore the style in the 20's. I was obsessed with BBC's The House of Eliott and all the fabulous dresses the characters wore!

I think the 70's or the late 40's early fiftes (circa Christian Dior's famous dresses!).  I also loved the dresses on I Love Lucy!
