Micheal Jackson DID Have Child Pornography!
Permalink Closed

I had heard the rumors that Micheal Jackson had child pornography, but wondered how that could be true, because it's illegal and it would have been one of his charges.

Last night I finally get to see the books which many (I WOULD THINK EVERYONE!) would consider to be child pornography. I only saw the cover of the books, but Nancy Grace was describing other photos inside the books.  The books are very clever; they are labeled as innocent depictions of boys with seemingly innocent captions. However, the little boys are mostly naked and many in suggestive poses.  They even had to blur out some of the cover on one book, because the little boy is NAKED.

I know MJ is guilty of child molestation.  I always thought he was brilliant, just look at his musical accomplishments, and now I know he is also maniacal.  There is no doubt in my mind that this man is sexually interested in little boys.  And if he is sexually interested in boys and admittedly puts them in compromising positions, then I am positive that he has molested on several occasions.  I am sure he picks his victim so carefully, waiting for the perfect person and the perfect opportunity.

I pray that God serves him his justice since this jury did not.

I did a search to see what I could find on the books and this is a pretty good article describing them.:

Judge allows books with nude pictures of boys Defense argued evidence seized in '93 too prejudicial for jury

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- Over vigorous objections by Michael Jackson's attorneys, the judge in the pop star's child molestation trial allowed the prosecution to introduce into evidence books seized in a 1993 search of the singer's home that show nude pictures of adolescent boys.

The defense had argued that the material was too prejudicial and remote in time from the current criminal charges involving alleged incidents with a 13-year-old boy in 2003.

But Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville said the "probative value" of the books exceeds any possible prejudicial effect.

Melville said the books would be considered sexually explicit under California law. However, the police detective who found them testified that Jackson could legally possess the books.

One of the books, titled "The Boy: A Photographic Essay," contains an inscription signed by "M.J." that reads: "Look at the true spirit of happiness and joy in the boys' faces. This is the spirit of boyhood, a life I've never had and will always dream of. This is the life I want for my children."

The cover shows four young boys in underwear jumping into water, one with his hand on his crotch.

The second book, titled "Boys Will Be Boys," has an affectionate inscription indicating it was given to Jackson by a fan identified as "RHonDA."

The books were found in a locked file cabinet in a closet in Jackson's bedroom during a search in 1993, Los Angeles Police Detective Rosibel Ferrufino-Smith testified.

At the time, authorities in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties were investigating allegations that Jackson molested a 13-year-old boy. The criminal probe ended when the boy's family reached a multimillion-dollar settlement with Jackson in which the entertainer admitted no guilt.

In arguing to keep the books out of evidence, defense attorney Robert Sanger said there was no proof that the books had ever been shown to anyone in the current case or that they had ever been "used for any untoward purpose."

But prosecutor Ron Zonen said the material "adequately corroborates" testimony about the 1993 allegations, which Melville earlier allowed into the trial.

Zonen described the books as "pictorial essays of adolescent boys." He said about 90 percent of the content in one of the books was made up of photos of nude adolescent boys, while the amount of such content in the other book was 10 percent.

A grand jury indicted Jackson, 46, last year on charges of molesting a then-13-year-old boy, giving him alcohol and conspiring to hold him and his family captive in 2003.

Jackson has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

oh yeah, and didn't anyone catch Corey Feldman several months back claiming that he was showed some photo books while hanging out with Jackson in his teens?  He went public with the info after the 1990's allegation surfaced because he thought it was just too familiar.  Unless he's lying.  I think I believe him.
