I put my notice in at Office Space and my last day is 11/13. YAY!!!! I'm going to freelance full-time and look for a job in SF or NYC. And I'm hoping, after the holidays that I'll have enough freelance income and regular work (I have stuff lined up now) that SO will be comfortable enough with that income (plus our savings) to move to one of those cities without day jobs.

He's slowly getting there- he's willing to move anywhere with me now since we fixed our relationship issues- but he's skittish about moving without a job. So, my compromise to him was- okay, fine. But I'm quitting my damn day job so I can focus on freelancing (income) and networking to find a job in another city. He said okay and off we go!

I'm excited! Haven't been this happy in years. YEARS! Like since I lived in Philly after college.
