Long peasant-like dress

I was recently at an event where a girl was wearing an almost floor-length dress.
It was dark pink, had a smocked or ruched bust area and bra-like thin straps.
The dress also had tiers, sort of.

I don't expect any of you to find this exact dress, but do you know where I can find a flattering floor-length dress similar to this (kinda boho-ish)?

I LOVE this dress also!!

The girl I saw had more tiers to hers, but I would love to find an inexpensive version of this one.
I would settle for that!

It's so simple, I can't believe it is so hard to find something like it!

I finally found one at Marshalls for $20! It was by some random brand 2 Girlfriends? I have never heard of it before or found any info on it, but I love it!
