Margarita Party, Need Appetizers	Permalink Closed

So I'm having a girls nite "Margarita Party" tonight. Obviously the theme is Mexican. I have the basic chips and salsa, and I got chicken flautas. One girl is bringing a 7 layer taco dip. What other Mexican or Tex-Mex appetizers can I whip up quickly, you girls have any ideas? The only real requirement is it needs to require minimal preparation time. __________________

i think someone a while ago did a mexican themed dinner with a make your own fajita bar. you can make all the fillers ahead of time and then people can just assemble the fajitas themselves. but people always flock to the dips! __________________
