- Surround yourself with people who make you smile everyday. Even the worst day can be made a little better with some positive energy.
- Try to find something to laugh about every day as well.
- Find something that de-stresses you and do it consistently. It can be 45 minutes on the treadmill (mine) or a bubble bath. It'll make you healthier mentally and physically.
- Make that inner voice of your's speak to you like you'd talk to your best friend. Would you ever tell your BBF that she is a stupid fat pig? Then don't say it to yourself.
