so i have been making salsa and since my bf and i have been going to this farmer's market, i bought some mangos (i love mangos)...so i basically added them to my salsa (i use white onions instead of red and canned diced green chilis instead of jalepenos), but i your memorial day menu inspired me to make it a mango salsa.  anyways, i loved it, it was sooo good.  i've added it to pasta, and salads with shrimp it's sooo good.  thanks so much for the recipe.


my salsa recipe:


tomatoes (diced)


yellow onions (diced)


canned green chilis (it's a really small can diced)


cilantro


garlic salt


and lemon or lime juice


i don't have measurments cuz i just eyeball it, but don't add too much garlic salt or cilantro.  and it actually tastes better the next day once it has mixed well (and the cilantro isn't super strong).
