Why Can't I Find a Simple White Button Down Shirt?

I have looked almost everywhere for a simple, short-sleeved, white button-front shirt and I can't find one anywhere!  Can you girls help me find one that doesn't cost a ton of money?  TIA!

I would check the career section of TJ Maxx and Marshalls.. Those places are good for basics like that.

I don't know about the fit but I was in New York & Company and they had short sleeve button-ups in every color (including white!)

I've never tried them on, but my sister loves the button downs from Eddie Bauer.  The wrinkle-resistant ones.  She never irons them and they always look like she did.

I am in love with that Sun Walters shirt. 


VS used to have the BEST white button downs that were perfectly fitted with a hint of lycra.  I have one and have been looking for a replacement, but they don't carry the basic one anymore, and no others I have seen come close in comparison!

I'm loving that Sun Walters one as well.  Does anyone know how their sizing runs?  I'm typically a Meduim in shirts that button across the chest...are they TTS?


I agree Drew - VS used to have the best white button downs..I looked this morning and nothing there compares
