long button-up shirt

A while ago I bought a Isaac M. shirt from Target.  It is white with very thin and bright orange and pink stripes.  It's a button-up shirt and it's VERY long, like covers my butt. 



Kinda like that, but not long enough to be a dress


I wore it once tucked into a skirt, but other than that, any suggestions?  Can I wear it like a tunic?  Thanks!
