A good friend of mine is in the airforce. She just got a promotion. She lives far away but I want to send her something as a congrats. But I am at a loss for ideas. Any suggestions? Thanks!

She lives overseas? Maybe send her some goodies from the US that she can't get where she is stationed. Like favorite food or drug store items (hand lotions, shampoo, etc.) I'd hit up Target and make her a whole box of things to open.

iTunes gift card? She may not be able to have much "stuff" depending on where she's stationed/living.

I would send her something so she can pamper herself, something very feminine - like a basket with nail polish, face mask stuff, luxurious body wash and oils, etc

I'd also mail something pampering, but not as personal as nail polish or face mask - can she do it in AirForce? Maybe a good body lotion/scrub/shampoo/shower gel.
