Is it just me, but when I see a cute item in a magazine, go to the website they have listed, and BAM! I don't see the item on their website. DANG IT! I'm sure this has happened to some of you; how do you deal w/it? LOL I feel like calling their customer service line, and inquire about the item....LOLdoh

I think since most magazines are put out almost a month ahead (you get the August issue in July) a lot of items are released a few weeks after you get the magazine. I know this is true for Lucky.

And also some of those items will never even make it to production. Magazines get samples of products months and months in advance due to their production schedules, so sometimes a manufacturer or designer will send a sample and then pull it from their line or collection at the last minute. There are various reasons for this, such as production costs exceeding expected budget, materials unavailable, etc.

Ah, I see. That makes total sense, b/c I do get my Aug. issue(s) in July, but I was HOPING this one cute necklace (for $15.00) would be on that one website. LOL Oh well!! :)
