I am trying to make a photo slideshow on CD to give to all of my newspaper/yearbook seniors as a graduation gift. It would be still photos, in slides, with music. I was originally going to do it in powerpoint, but not everyone has it. Is there a better program to use?  This is gonna sound stupid, but you know how almost everyone can read .pdfs? Is there something similar for slides/music?

TIA

Can you do it in something like iPhoto or iMovie (or iDVD) so they can open it in Quick time?

Hope that helps

I've used Windows Movie Maker to make short clips to music. I used photos and a song and some graphics. It took awhile (I don't think it's as easy to use as some other programs) but I think anyone with windows can view it. I'm not super up on this stuff though, so if anyone else has any better advice, I'd take it.
