Help Me with These Shoes!
Permalink Closed

I tried on these Steve Madden Weavers today and fell in love with them.  I have to have them!  Problem is, I put them on, and walked around the store, and the backs slide right off.  I normally wear a size 8, so I tried a size 7.5 and they still did the same thing.  Going to a 7 won't fit my foot.

Does anyone know if there's anything I can to get the backs to stay on my heels?  Is there anything you can buy to make them stay, or any solution.  I won't rest till I can wear these shoes!

Thank you so much!!!  I think those will probably work

I'm going back to get the shoes and then these strappy strips.  Do you know what stores carry them?

You might want to check JC Penney's. I was there last week and saw those footpetal strips in the shoe section. Otherwise you can probably order them too.

Has anyone actually used this strappy things?  I'm just wondering if they really do work.

Yes JCPenney does have them. They are on the counter in the shoe department.

Great, I'll check there.  Anyone know if they actually work and keep straps on?

Yes, the foot petals strips do work.  I've used them on my sling backs and they hold it up nicely.  Note, they are about 1/8 inch thick however flexible so purchase your shoes accordingly.

Well, can I cut the strips down a little thinner if my strap happens to be slimmer than that?  I am very glad to ehar they work!
