I finally found this blouse I posted off ebay yesterday style #1068744 available sizes: 4


It is at edressme.com on sale for $100: http://www.edressme.com/luckytop.html  Thankfully, it is not in my size or I might just have to break the bank and order it.  According to the size chart I would wear a 10, and I usually wear an 8.  Plenty sizes must run small.  Maybe one of you can order it and I can live vicarously through you.
