Just wondering what the deal is with the Coach cleaner and moisturizer.  You warned someone about it and I am curious.  TIA.

I'm not CarmenB.. but I know that you can not clean the Nappa Leather Coach bags with the regular Coach cleaner and moisterizer.. It just doesnt work and it will ruin the bag.. I think for normal Coach bags or basic leather it is fine.

Jocey is right. Basically if it is a "coach classic" use the coach cleaner and moisturizer on it.It will COMPLETELY RUIN nappa leather, also the vachetta leather (this kind is mostly on their signature bags). If you have a certain bag you're unsure of p.m. me. Hope this helps.
