I treat myself once a week before my little one soccer games, but my normal Carmel Macchiato is not doing it for me lately. I thought is would be fun to see what you girls order. Whats your favorite?
interesting thread! i don't drink coffee, but i love chai teal lattes! my usual order (which i get three days a week before taking my sont o school) is a tall skim no water chai. mmm.
sometimes if i've already had my chai that day and i'm back meeting a friend, for example, i get a short nonfat steamer with a sugar free syrup added. that's basically just steamed nonfat milk flavored with sugar free syrup. it's yummy, has lots of protein and very few calories (or weight watchers points, if you care about those).
Caramel Frap or Macc...hands down. I try, really I do. I go...I stare at the menu hard...I try to convince myself to try something else, but then I go ahead and order the same thing. My logic...why mess with success. At $4 a pop, I don't want to end up with something I don't like...
USUALLY A double-tall cappuccino, on the dry side.
SWEET A tall, iced cafe mocha with caramel syrup (the clear flavor syrup - - not the Ghirardelli goo) - Also, I prefer that this is made with cocoa powder - - again, not the Ghirardelli goo). Obviously, I have to go somewhere else for this drink.
Before Borders went to Seattle's "Best" brand coffee, they used to make the most AWESOME iced cafe mochas with caramel syrup.
I usually get a Skinny Vanilla Latte (hot or cold.) In the winter, I love the nonfat, no whip gingerbread latte, which I count as my desert.
If you go to the Starbucks website, they list all nutritional info and will break it down by size and options. I like knowing exactly how many calories and such my drink has.
my husband and i like to split a carmel high rise. not sure if that's a caribou coffee signature drink or if starbucks has it too... i'm a coffee shop newbie haahaa

I have a Starbucks in my work building. It's sooo tempting. Damn that Starbucks! I usually get a black ice tea sweetened. I like the Java Chips too, and in the fall I like the Carmel Apple Cider. I don't drink coffee.
Xtina--yeah, their oatmeal is really good. And pretty healthy too--much better than other fast food breakfasts!
As far as my favorite drinks go, I love iced caramel macchiatos. And in the fall I love to get a skim chai latte and dip a pumpkin scone in it. SOOOO good.
I get the nonfat mocha latte if I need caffeine, it's chocolatel-y coffee. Sometimes I get just a regular cup of light and sweet coffee with raspberry syrup so it's pink coffee! And my new favorite drink from Starbucks is the Green Tea Latte...it's cold and sweet and so good.
