I would have thought ebay would have kicked him off by now. I have requested 2 people be kicked for running apparent scams & they were (sure I wasn't alone)!!! They are usually pretty strict on people that run scams such as this.

While its kinda funny I'd be pissed if he was buying from me and ruined my feedback. Most people work too hard to have a really good almost 100% positive feedback and this guy is ruining it for people. I will say its those people's own faults for not checking his feedback and letting him buy from them.

It's a tough one. I check my buyer's feeback, but only if they have a low number of transactions. If I see a high number (around 100 or higher), then I assume they are doing well enough because they are still around. I can see how a seller would miss that and accidently sell to him.

I would be infuriated if I had a negative, because I have 100% feedback and I think that say's a lot. For someone to ruin it on a whim is just plain wrong and there should be some kind of retribution (at LEAST remove the negative feedback).

Yeah, he could also be sniping, in which case there's no way for a seller to prevent that.

The thing is I don't think eBay has a specific rule about leaving inappropriate FB - so technically he isn't breaking any rules. I know a number of sellers with FB ratings in the 1000's with 100% positive - it would be heartbreaking to have it ruined by this dick.

I was checking another seller's FB and they had a neg, so I clicked on the person who left the neg to check their FB and that person was this crazy dude with all the negs.

What a rebel! I am sorry, I don't find this anything but hilarious.

Certainly annoying too. Anyway to be fair, Ebay ought to look and remove his weird feedback for these poor serious ebayers just trying to protect their reputations and make money.

This dude is obviously mocking the feedback system, so ebay should have a reasonable policy to prevent it.
