The bf and I want to go on a cruise. Should we go to the Carribean or Bermuda?  I've never been either place, so I'm open to ideas.

Bermuda! I've been all over the Carribean and love it, but Bermuda is so much nicer. The beaches are nice at both, but I think the people are so friendly and the island is so much cleaner better kept. The British influence is everywhere there, the island is so clean and beautiful. The sand on the beach is pink and all the hotels serve high tea... I could go on and on. It's TOTALLY different than the laid back, casual vibe of the Carribean but still an amazing place to go. If you want wild and crazy night life though, I don't remember anything like that.


I've been to the Virigin Islands, Bahamas, Cancun, and the Caymen Islands... all were nice but different than Bermuda. I do highly recommed the Atlantis though. We go every year (I'll be there May 16th ) and it's awesome. It's like Vegas and Disney World on the beach. Not for everybody, but I love it.

Well since its a cruise i would suggest the Carribean.  I have been on a ton of cruises and like sfc I love Bermuda for a cruises purposes (you spend one day at each place) the Carribean is much better.

My boss has been everywhere in the world it seems, including every carribbean island and bermuda.  He has taken cruises to each, and he says Bermuda is better than any island in the carribbean.  I think maybe it has to do with the fact that some of the carribbean is sooo nice, and some is not very nice at all (in parts.) I want to go to Bermuda sooo bad, so I say there!  Let me know if you find a good deal =)

I really would rather go to Bermuda. My mom has been there and she said that she loved it there.  We are looking for a good deal right now, but if we can't find one, we're just going to scrap the idea and head off to Vegas for a week (we've already found good deals for that).
