I have homework due tonight by 10pm for an online class Im taking....its SUPER easy, all I have to do is critique another poster's essay....I've had since Monday to do it havent. Even though I know I can just do it now and get it over with and stop thinking about it every other minute of the day I've been browsing the net all day....
I think it helps to get it out, I may just log on and do it before I get off work! Does anyone else do this?
I am a classic procrastinator. I used to tell myself that I worked better under pressure. If I know I have 3 months to do something I won't. I found it best to unplug the internet and turn off music, phone, no distractions.
I'm part of this club too. It's like if I know I have a lot of time to do something it bores me. This week at work I BARELY did anything on Monday and Tuesday and then did a ton of stuff on Wednesday because it had to get done. I feel like I actually worked harder at it because of the pressure. So insane! I think I'll have to read that book too.
I'm a huge procrastinator. One of my homework assignments is to email my professor to let him know that I know how to log on to Blackboard. The email just has to say "here's my email!" Yet I haven't done it yet. I have until Wednesday morning, and that's probably when I'll do it. Why? I don't know... I wish I wasn't such a procrastinator.
Luv2Shop, I'm the same way at work. I get a certain amount of assignments to get done by the end of the week, and I don't do any of them until Thursday/Friday.
