I love the outfit Meg Ryan is wearing in this picture and would love to recreate the outfit for myself. I have the jeans and I found a pair of comparable sandals, but I can't find a silver sequin tank top.  Thanks for your help finding the missing piece.

Drew, I remember BR used to have some sequin tops.  I found some on ebay - they don't have the bow detail, but they are similar in concept to what you are looking for:
