karina i voted for #1 because i personally love that style of pumas and pink and brown are the colors of my wedding!  (the shoes aren't quite the same shades but you get my drift!)

I have the first ones.  I think they are cute, and I get lots of compliments.  But, they give NO support.  I can't wear them if I am going to be on my feet for prolonged periods of time.  If that's not an issue, get them--they are like slippers.
