I started going to a new hairdresser last year who I really like. I love the way she cuts my hair. I went to HS with her (but we weren't friends then) and are Facebook friends now.
So I have the pics from a website of the cuts I like. I don't have a very good printer so I couldn't print the pics so that you could see the details in them. So last week I sent my hairdresser a FB message asking her if I could email her the pictures for my next appt.
She has logged on and changed her status etc, but hasn't responded to my message. I feel awkward that she ignored my message, should I still make an appointment? What would you do?
I'd still make an appointment. She may be just really bad about responding to messages, etc. This is easy for me to defend because I'm horrible about it myself :)
Do you have an ipod or a blackberry? My printer at home sucks so if I need to take a picture to the salon I just upload it and bring it with.

ditto. A lot of time, I don't even realize I have a message on there... sometimes it emails me, but a lot of times it doesn't. I don't generally use it for messages, so I never think to check unless I get an email.

I agree. I am terrible with knowing whether or not I have a message. I would make the appointment and see if there is another way to get those pictures in time for the appointment. Maybe a friend could print them for you?
