Now that I'm not swamped anymore I can finally post more! That pesky work is always getting in the way of my internet time. wink

B: blueberry muffin- I didn't realize that it was 10 WW points until after I ate it. To top it off, I spread a little Smart Balance on it for another 2 points. -12pts

L: Whole wheat angel hair pasta with marinara and a little part-skim mozzeralla chese. -5pts

D: I have to have something really low in points since I blew it with breakfast. I'm thinking vegetable soup. -0pts

S: I need to get some fruit in today. Suprisingly, I bought the most delicious strawberries yesterady. I'll have enough to finish out my points for the day.

E: Walk the dog 1 mile after work, 45-60 minutes cardio at the gym later in the evening.

Morning! Don't you hate food items with more points that you were expecting?? I was terrible this weekend and need to get back on track.

Breakfast:
Still in the cereal rut - Kashi GLC (2pts), 2oz Raspberries (0pts), 1/2 cup Skim milk (1pt)
Total - 3pts

Lunch:
Beef lite - 5pts
yogurt - 2pts
1 cup grapes - 1pt


Snack:
string cheese - 1pt
small banana - 1pt

Dinner: Lazy Chicken and noodles (6pts but I need to actually point it out), Steamed Veggies with Cheese Sauce (1pt)
salad - 2pts

Snack: 1 slice of tostada pizza from CPK (I so did not need it but boy was it good)

Good Morning!

B: 2 cups of coffee (so hard to wake up this morning since losing that hour), slice of whole wheat toast w/ a little butter and strawberry jam

S: tea, ?

L: Toast and Lentil Soup

D: Leftover Chinese Food - Veggie Delite w/ Brown Rice

E:  since it's still light out when I get off work now, I may try to go for a walk.

B: Coffee w/soymilk, whole wheat sourdough toast w/smart balance, banana

S: Apple

L: Leftover salmon patty over salad w/various veggies

S: Plain yogurt w/berries and a sprinkle of Fiber One

D: Portabella mushroom stuffed w/spinach and tomatoes, mixed grain pilaf, roasted beets w/balsamic vinegar

E: I was so excited to walk this evening since it will be light later, but it's snowing hmm.gif.  Some pilates for me instead.

b - oatmeal, tomato juice

snack (mid-morning plane flight) 1 bag starbucks cashews

l - chicken sandwich and cucumber salad. only at about 1/3 of the bread with the sandwich

d - salmon, spinach, and (i couldn't resist - i am on vacation and it is COLD here) mashed potatoes. not overly large serving size though!

plus 3 glasses wine

ex - walking all over the friggin' place. i have a tiny pedometer i wore and it says i burned 178 calories...nearly 2 glasses of wine, at least.  :)
