Happy Thursday morning!  Let's get things going for today.

Breakfast
Kashi Go Lean crunch (1cup) - 2pts
1/2 cup Skim Milk - 1pt
1/2 cup blackberries - 0pts
Total - 3pts
I am in a breakfast rut.  I'm going to try Special K waffles tomorrow I think

Lunch
I packed  beef lite again (5pts), yogurt (2pts), and grapes (1pt).  I'm kind of tired of it as well so we'll see

Snacks:
packed
Weight Watchers string cheese - 1pt
Small Banana - 1pt
Orange - 1pt

Dinner:
Lazy Chicken with spaghetti - have not pointed it yet.
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower w/ cheese sauce - 1pt

Exercise: Another weight night so I'm hoping for 50 minutes.

B:  WW bagel with rf cream cheese on one side, strawberry jame & a little bit of butter on the other, coffee with lf milk

L: lentil soup OR salad with grilled chicken on top

D: going over to a friend's for dinner: penne w/ vodka sauce, bread, salad.  Will try to eat mostly salad.

B: Protein Bar

S: Banana

L: Salad with romaine, chicken breast, tomato, low fat mozz, and parmesan, cottage cheese

S: 100 cal cocoa almond pack (these are sooo good).

D: Not sure.

S: Chocolate protein powder with milk post workout.

E: Arms and shoulders tonight, about 50 minutes.

B: bagel - 300 calories
L: salad (140); 2 veggie patties (140) - 280 calories
S: SB protein bar - 140 calories
D: who knows? probably low-calorie tacos with corn tortillas

Total: 720 so far, which leaves about 500 for dinner

Exercise: nothing major since my butt is pretty sore from pilates last night but I do want to do some legs at home because my knees are bothering me a tiny bit. I'll run tomorrow though.

breakfast, lunch, pretty much same as earlier in the week. dinner out at Seasons 52. I had pork medallions for dinner and only one glass of wine. still put me slightly over on calories for the day. It's tough for me to meet the 1100 without feeling hungry. No exercise - still sore from pilates on monday (it's been a month since i've done pilates class, due to work travel). but i have class again this morning...
