I just won an auction and I e-mailed them about it and I haven't heard back from them either! I'm holding out on paying until I hear back from them. I bought something from them once and paid for it right away and got it quickly, there was no need for me to e-mail them w/ any questions so everything went fine. I got this:

but thought I was bidding on the cream one. Silly me. So I was just curious if they could exchange it.

This is my first purchase from them and I did have a few questions I e-mailed them and they were very quick to respond and I received notification a couple days ago that the item had shipped. I cannot wait to get them!! I'll be sure to post a review. BTW - They do allow returns but charge a $10 restocking fee. But I thought that was better then most sellers.
