Juicy top I love...

I LOVE this Juicy top but it's a little pricey for what it is ($125 but Shopbop has a 20% off code) Should I just suck it up and buy it or wait for it to go on sale... that is if it doesn't sell out.



I've looked for something similar that's cheaper and all I found was this from VS. It's just not as cute as the Juicy one and the style is too different. Has anyone seen anything else?

I actually like the vs one better.  It's more unique IMO and i love the green.

I saw almost the exact same top at charlotte russe, forever 21, american eagle, hollister and abercrombie and fitch this weekend (my college town has the weirdest mall. All teeny bopper stores). So I would save the money. It's adorable, but I suspect it's going to be next year's last years's top, so you wouldn't get the wear out of it that I would want from a $100+ item. But if you dont' mind wearing it for one season, go for it.

Frankly I love the VS top much better!  Given it's probably cheaper too, I'd go for that one.  The Juicy one is too much like last year's white linen version but in eyelet.

I prefer the Juicy - that silhouette is so much easier to take as a top than as a dress, imo!


I am afraid of Shopbop's model, tho'.

I also like the Juicy version better as well.  A very classic style in my opinion.  I bet that Forever21 will have an almost exact duplicate though.

When I was at Old Navy I noticed that they have a top really similiar to the juicy one in the girls section, it has little straps that tie though, but you could cut them off. I find that I can wear their girls stuff sometimes in the largest size...which kinda worries me, no 10 year old should be my size yet...

I think you need it, sfclinevandy!  I think you would actually get more wear out of the Juicy one.  You seem to like it better.  At least for me, when I end up settling, I never end up wearing the thing I buy, and therefore waste money completely.

I like the Juicy one best but the green VS one is nice as well, but not comparable IMO. Get the Juciy top, it would fit perfectly into your wardrobe.
