Are they that amazing? I've never tried them on before but I know a lot of people have them and love them. For basic flip flops, I'm pretty loyal to Reefs but I am willing to broaden my horizons.
I absolutely love them. Yea they're more expensive than $3.50 flip flops, but they're still only $12. I prefer them to my reefs (which i think is mainly because my reefs are a little too loose on me.) and the hard rubber soul makes them last very long and is actually comfy. I have gold and now I want bright green!

well, i consider myslef quite the flip flop guru. i have lots of ff's including havianas and reefs. i think the reefs are more comfy and durable, i'm also a fan of rainbows... so those would be my favorites for comfort. but the havianas have lots of colors and are also comfy, just not as comfy as reefs and rainbows.

I think they are perfect for actually going to the beach. I have toe goz and eliza b. for my more fancy flip flops, but after a trip to Hilton Head last summer I realized that I had no flip flops for the beach. I got 2 pairs, pink and green of course, from Urban with the 20% code a while back so they were only $8. I do love reefs, but for some fun solid colors these are great!
