I can already tell that today is going to be a bad day. I made some salmon cakes last night that I was assured were great cold the next day- so I go to pack my lunch this morning and they are all soggy and gross and def. need to be heated under the broiler. And its gross and raining out and I have to walk like a mile to class tonight cause we are meeting in the prof's office instead of on campus. And its TOM and I have cramps. Ick! I just want to go home and go back to bed.


B: coffee


L: lean gourmet mac and cheese that I had in the freezer for forever


D: no idea. something cheap on the way to class.


E: none, other than stupid walking in the rain.

Argh! I haven't posted in a few days out of guilt. I had friends in town this weekend and we were sooo bad. Luckily I went for a run (even while they were here!) and we did major walking and dancing. And Monday and yesterday I had a wicked cold - missed work and everything. Excuses out of the way, I'm back and better than ever.


B: w/w lo-cal bread & 2 tblsp whipped pb


L: lean cuisine (pecan chicken - yum!) and r/f string cheese


S: r/f banana & strawberry yogurt


D: veggie soup & crackers & a glass of wine


E: want to go for a run b/c it's so pretty but I'm still kinda sick and coughing so I'm not sure I'll have the energy after work. We'll see. Maybe at least a walk to get some fresh air.
