Happy St. Paddy's Day girls!  Today is gonna be rough cuz I'm taking a half day so I can go visit my Grandparents (long story, they are fine though).


b:  kashi go lean crunch & soy milk


s: ETA: strawberries w/ splenda


l: yoplait 99% FF yogurt, plum (maybe some meat if grandparents have any)


s: no clue, whatevers laying around my grandparents house


d: veggies, turkey & ww pita


w:  no walk today, had to come into work early, also didn't do yoga yesterday cuz i went out to dinner so maybe i can do the yoga today instead!

I was naughty today.


No breakfast


Cheeseburger & Fries for lunch.


Will probably have a sandwich for dinner

I am kinda disappointed with myself...I had a hard day at work and I ended up crying...so I don't know if any of you relate to this but when I cry I am so exhausted afterward.  I had every intention of working out today but I was so tired I ended up skipping it.  I'm debating if I should try to do one of my pilates tapes.

L:  chicken wrap


sn:  apple with peanut butter


D:  bbq chicken, potatos, green beans


sn:  healthy choice fudge bar (these are sooo good) and some grapes
