My SO and I have had so many problems with this company. First of all, we ordered the modular couch from them last summer. They said some of the pieces were on back order. Then when the missing pieces finally came, they were damaged while in shipment, so we sent it back, and when it came again it was damaged again! Finally the third time, the damage was the most minor, and it had already been 3 months since we got our other couch pieces. Then of course once we had the couch put together, the newer cushions for the latest pieces were a lot darker than the cheap faded cushions we brought out earlier. GRRR!! So our couch has different colored cushions.

Then in January, our bed frame that we bought from them collapsed. Their furniture quality is really horrible. Somehow a support beam got bent. So we called them and they said they would send us a new bed frame, but it was on back order until March 1st. So we have been sleeping on our mattress for two months, and we still haven't gotten the bedframe. We call again today and they said it was on back order again until May 17th!!! No bed for 5 months. I hate them sOOOOoooo much. Don't ever order from them. GRRRRR

i love the style of their furniture so much, but after hearing this (and what either you or someone else posted on FH) i wouldn't ever buy anything from them.

the stuff is pretty simple, so if you had a handy-man around it wouldn't be that hard to make some of it (like the bookcase shopgirl posted).  i'm trying to convince my dad or bf to make some of the stuff i want.

ouch. I was just telling a friend how great their stuff is last night! I've never ordered from them and I was speaking on a price/coolness level. I guess I'll revise and tell him not to order it after all. Has anyone ever had a GOOD experience with them?
