Please help me find a gift!

I need serious help finding a x-mas gift for my BFF.  We've been friends since Jr. High and have gone through years of trying to get each other different gifts.

We've been through purses, wallets, travel bags, clothes, coats, cameras, digital picture frames, jewelry, massages, etc.

This year I am totally stumped!  We both just got married and already have houses full of wedding gifts.  She and her husband don't travel much - too busy for both their jobs to take any time off so hotel, travel gifts really go to waste.  She doesn't cook or like electronics and doesn't want an ipod or anything like that. She's not into any sports or hobbies.  She's just a really busy business owner who doesn't really have time for much else.

My only thoughts right now are:
- getting her car windows tinted for her
- a portable navigation system
- a Wii (even though she's never owned or liked a video game system - maybe she'd have fun with this)

My price range this year is like $150-300.  Any ideas?

If she's really busy - why not something like housecleaning services for a few months? Or maybe she'd appreciate having someone come in and organize her house?

I like:

1.  the idea of services she doesn't have time for - house keeper for a month or car detail
2.   NAV system

I wouldn't do wii - if she's busy, and not a techy person, she won't do this either

3.  How about a girls spa weekend (or day) - just the two of you, to reconnect!

Or restaurant GCs, if she doesn't have the time or energy to cook?

I am also a business owner and really like the idea for a GPS (everyone must own one of these!!).  I have a Garmin and LOVE it.
I also love the idea of a housecleaner - I also had one of these for a while (she just moved away actually) and it was awesome!

Thanks for the housecleaner tip! I might look into that!

I also think the NAV system may be the winner. Thanks Sydney, but we've done the girls spa day thing last year and this year, so it's not a "fres" gift for awhile.

Thanks!
