Nursing Graduation Gift Ideas?

My BFF is graduation nursing school on Thursday and I have no idea what to get for her.  This has been a long road for her working full time at a corporate job then going to nursing school at night. I was thinking of getting her a set of scrubs but i know certain environments require different types of scrubs.  Then I thought I'd get her an edible arrangement, but I'm not quite sure.  Does anyone have any ideas?

A GC for a massage?  A new work tote?  Funky pair of Danskos?  A cool watch (w/a second hand)?  Some L'Occitane Shea butter body cream (all that hand washing is a bitch)?

Will she need to own her own stethoscope? You could get her a really nice one. If you're thinking of an edible arrangement I assume you have at least $50 to spend (if the price of edible arrangements around here is any indication), and a quick search online looks like you can get a pretty nice stethoscope for $50-$100.

Or some really comfortable shoes? She'll need those!

I agree with Ttara. My sister is an RN and loves her Littman stethoscopes (one for adults and one for peds) as well as her comfy clog type shoes.

ETA: If you went with the stethescope idea, I know my sister loves to get them in funky colors because they are easily identifiable (they tend to mysteriously disappear).
