I usually bake a bunch of chicken drumsticks so I'll have them to grab something quick - usually I put zero points stuff on them - lemon juice, worchestire sauce, & hot sauce - I just saw that I am out of hot sauce - any suggestions for other "staples" stuff to put on it that is also zero points? I hate to get out to go get a $1 bottle of hot sauce!!!!!

I do a lot of dry seasonings. Carribean Jerk is a good one. You can probably mix it with the worchestire sauce if you want something wet. My boyfriend's favorite marinade is worchestire and tony's <- tastes fabulous on everything!
