powder from Bobbi Brown when I was visiting N.Y. at Saks. The problem is that I dont like it at all!
I know Nordstroms carries Bobbi Brown but do you think if I go try to exchange they will deny it because it dosen't come with the Nordstrom sticker? I would go to Sak's but I have none near me.


Well at went to Nordstroms and they couldn't exchange it or give me credit cause 1. no sticker 2. w/no sticker they could have looked me up on the computer but I paid CASH so no records on that. 3. the item I have is discontinued!
I'm upset!
I only used it like 5 times and I would hate to just throw it away. Should I store it forever?!

Nordstrom's customer service is pretty good. I'd try it, you may at least get store credit.

just don't keep it in the box it came in(so no worries about the sticker)- and go to nordies and tell them that the color doesn't work for you.  they will take care of you!  i once had a pair of 7s that i didn't like and had worn like 6 or 7 times and the girls at FH convinced me that I should take them back and Nordies took them- no questions asked.
