STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

Hmmm that's not the most happening neighborhood but it's not going to be terrible to stay there. I'd probably prefer that area to Times Square but teenagers might not feel the same way. The only thing I can really think of that is nearby is Century 21 which is a huge designer discount store along the lines of Loehmanns. You should be able to get everywhere by train and taxi though. I'm not familar with the hotel but I looked on their website and it looks like it is right by the river and across the West Side Highway (which is actually just like a giant road with stoplights). But still, it won't be far from the subway.
