What does this mean?  I have a dinner tonight that being held to celebrate a close friend and was told the dress was "upscale business casual".  It's being held at a country club and there should be about 150 people there...  It will be about 50-55 degrees tonight...


Suggestions?  I don't have time to shop today, so general suggestions about tone/style would be helpful...  Also, help for dressing my husband would be helpful, too...

I would go pretty conservative with that description- maybe a pencil skirt and a button down shirt? Or a pant suit with a pretty top under it?
