This place is great! I ordered a pair of Frye engineers. they cost $89.95 as opposed to $210. retail. When I got them they had a teensy black scuff mark on them because they weren't packed in a plastic bag. It kind of irked me, but than I figured the leather is a light color and I'll end up scuffing them anyway so no big deal. I called customer service just to comment on the scuff and the woman was so nice she actually encouraged me to return them (I didn't because the scuff was tiny and I was eager to wear them and didn't want to wait any longer) and offered to pay for return shipping. She also said- really kind and sincere sounding by the way- "we don't want you to be stuck with something you're unhappy with."

my bf turned me on to sierra trading post a couple of years ago and i love it!! i have bought everything from a sleeping bag, slippers for my brother, a kenneth cole coat, etc..there.  i'm a label snob (even when it comes to sleeping bags) so it's a great place to go when you want a nice discount and you don't want to risk losing an auction.  i had the same experience with their customer service.

I saw one of those stores in Lake Tahoe, but I never went in, what kinda store is it?  Like Marshalls?

I've only been on their website. They aren't like marshalls they are more outdoor oriented, they do have some "designers", but they have lots of camping/hiking gear and their inventory changes alot. www.sierratradingpost.com

OMG, I love this site!  I discovered them a few weeks ago & got a pair of Frye sandals for $20, which was $30 < gothamcityonline.  They recently restocked the same style in a different color, so I snatched those up immediately & scored a pair of boots as well.


I love that they sell all kinds of brands & was amazed that they had Ralph Lauren's Blue label stuff there.  I called zappos to price-match them & scored a pair of boots & slingbacks for under $200 shipped & saved over $400!


I'm totally addicted to this site & constantly find items stuff that I want & need to buy.  Fast service & fabulous prices!
