3/2 Diet & Workout... I'm back!

hey girls, i took a few days off cuz my mom had surgery & needed someone to care for her.  but i'm back now!


b: kashi go lean CRUNCH! w/ silk (this cereal rocks!!  they make waffles too which i'm now dying to try)


s: carrot slices


l: 1/2 chicken breast & nonfat yogurt


s: banana


d: cooked veggies... not sure what else, i got a ton of veggies tho so this may be enough


w: legs & 20 min cardio

Oooh that cereal sounds good.  What's it like?


B: bagel and skim milk


S: cup of grapes


L: lean pocket (didn't feel like packing leftovers) & cup of strawberries


D: pork tenderloin and peas as of now


E: will walk my neighborhood today when I get home.

yum! I love the Kashi crunch cereal!


B: just coffee


L: smart ones fiesta chicken (and it was not yummy)


D: I don't know yet. Something cheap before class...I'm freezing today so maybe some soup from Au Bon Pain


E: no time on wednesdays. but I did get a really good workout in yesterday. I've been doing lots of arm stuff and I am really feeling a difference!

well, i know i saw some puffed rice in there, it's basically a bunch of whole grain looking stuff (i'm not sure if it IS whole grain) and it's really crunchy & slightly sweet (but not too much, cuz i can't handle super sweet in the AM).  it was highly recommended on MUA so i checked it out & it rocks!  i'll try & remember to take a pic of the nutritional info for ya'll!

Is it like honey bunches of oats or basic 4 or anything like that?  I'm trying to imagine it.  I'm sure its WW friendly.

hmm,  i can't remember what those cereals are like... i don't eat cereal often, but it's like little clusters of grains slightly sweetened, maybe w/ honey?  i'll have to look into it more!

OOooo I am so jealous, I love Au Bon Pain, they don;t have any stores here

b: special K with n/f milk and some raspberries and blueberries on top, coffee w/half & half


l: 1/2 chicken and red pepper sandwich at a lunch mtg., a few bites of pasta salad, mixed greens with dressing


s: sugar free jello, handful of sliced strawberries


d: the last leftover chicken breast stuffed with feta and olives, maybe will saute some fresh spinach with olive oil


e: 1/2 hour of running/walking on treadmill


today i have to make up for the large amount of salted peanuts i ate last night.  i was so good all day and then was cranky and frustrated when i got home, so...bad eating.  oh well.

B:  zone bar (again, I am feeling guilty because I really like to sit and eat a breakfast rather than grab some bar because I'm ALWAYS late)


L:  turkey chili and a piece of cornbread


Sn:  balance bar and banana


D:  garden burger


Sn:  apple and granola bar


No exercise today, had to work then go to class till 10.
