Ok, girls where are you?!?!?

B: two small muffins. for some reason my arpartment building decided to be evil put them out by the coffee this morning. And I could not resist. The second one was actually meant to go to the homeless man I always pass on my way to work, but he wasn't there this morning so I ate it.

L: skipping since I'm still full from the muffins

D: not really sure. I'm thinking maybe some soup but I might make a chicken stir fry instead.

E: I have tons of energy today so I think I'll hit the gym for some cardio. Probably 40 mins on the elliptical.

b: 2 f/f waffles with whipped peanut butter (yummy & lower in cal. & fat than the reg.)

l: veggie sandwich from thunderclouds

s: low/f yogurt

d: probably 2 burritos (f/f beans, low/f tortillas, reduc./f cheese, etc.) + maybe some skinny cow ice cream - that stuff is addictive & so few cals for ice cream!

e: body flow class at gym + arms (might do a little cardio on the treadmill when i get home but not sure yet)

Ahhhhh!!!!!!! I gave in to temptation (damn hormones) and had some peanut m&m's instead of the yogurt! How could this have happened? Now I'll have to give up the yogurt, the ice cream, and go for a jog instead of the body flow class. Damn. But the body flow class is an hour and has some nice pilates moves in it... No! Running it is. (I'm trying to justify to a mocking computer screen - it's really just sad.)

You have to find it! It's soooo yummy and less cals and fat than even the reduced pb. I get the pb at HEB. I used to get it at Randalls when HEB didn't carry it but then Randalls stopped carrying it and HEB started. I always buy it 2-3 at a time for fear I won't be able to find it. You can request it from your local grocery store if they don't have it.

As for the waffles, I forget what kind they were. They were some organic/wheat brand I bought on a whim. They were okay but too expensive. I'll stick with Kelloggs or Special K f/f (I think those are the brand names) from now on.
