do cute shoes exist that you can wear socks with? I mean, that aren't boots? I don't like wearing hsoes in the house, and my feet are always cold. (Yes, I know I could just put a pair of sock on when I take my shoes off...) Are there any styles of shoes that socks are appropriate with?

Well, any lace up or loafer styles would be appropriate with socks.  I think any close toed flats would work as well. I also wear socks with clogs on occasion...

I'm more casual/funky than most here and will wear socks with just about any shoe.  Of course as long as it's not white athletic socks with black shoes!  So many people do that at work! bleh

I wear trouser socks with my dress shoes (provided I am wearing pants). This includes pointy toe stilletos and mary janes, but not flats. I just cann't get into wearing socks with my flats for some reason.
