I find Anthro runs TTS.  I think you will be fine with a medium.  The top has a generous fit anyway.  If anyone is between sizes, go down. 

I compare Anthro's sizing to Banana Republic - smaller in tops and bigger in bottoms, and comparable as far as if I wear a 2 at Banana I wear it at Anthro too.

I find the shoes are all over the place and never know what to order in shoes, and end up returned so many for size alone.  Often they run a size small.
